The Financial Services Authority does not regulate credit cards, overdrafts or personal loans.

In respect of deposits, 100% of the first £50,000 of a depositor's total deposits with the AES Managed Banking Service are protected.   This applies to all deposits whatever the currency.  Most depositors, including individuals and small firms, are covered.

- In respect of investments, 100% of the first £30,000 and 90% of the next £20,000, resulting in maximum compensation of £48,000.

- In respect of general insurance advising and arranging, 100% of the first £2,000 and 90% of the remainder of the claim, without any upper limit.
